We pride ourselves in offering you a tailored service, to suit your individual requirements and budget.
Initial Consultation
To fully appreciate the quality of our kitchens, a visit to our showroom is a must, and with our dedicated sales team, we can discuss your project in more depth. We offer a complete bespoke-design service so it is best to make an appointment so that we can allocate the required time to spend explaining the different choices that you have, from traditional woods like Ash, Cherry, Maple, Oak, Walnut, to hand painted designs or stunningly modern high gloss acrylics.
You will be able to see our collection of unique designs and together we can draw up a wish list - it usually starts with cooking, so appliances, worktops, splash backs and sinks get priority here. We work closely with Gaggenau, Miele, Neff, Siemens and Mercury to give a variety of choices in design and functionality to integrate into your kitchen or utility room and our designers are highly experienced in advising on all ranges of appliances.
More detailed aspects will also be shown to you: from soft close drawers, to "magic" corners that best use the inaccessible recesses in any kitchen. Although not absolutely necessary, it always helps to bring a sketch of your ideas and rough dimensions of the room to be fitted, plus an indication of your intended budget.
Initial Plan
Following the initial consultation, a designer will visit your home to take detailed measurements and get a feel for the environment from a design perspective. An initial plan will then be produced, prior to a meeting where we can present the proposals, along with a complete (no hidden extras) quotation to include:
We can also supply 3D photorealistic images so you can see what your new room will look like. We will at all times bear in mind, that your personal space needs to be warm and inviting, as well as functional and fun.
Services Included
It is difficult to give an exact figure for what your particular project might cost, every room is individual but we would suggest:
Our stage payment terms are : 25% deposit (payable on acceptance of the order), 65% on delivery of the furniture and the final 10% is due on completion.
Project Management
Your Project Manager is responsible for the progress of your order, to ensure consistency and quality throughout the whole production process, from design to final fitting - delivering your furniture on time, to budget and of the highest quality.
Full set of Plans - A thorough site survey will then be conducted and a full set of drawings and final inspection will be issued.
Installation Date - A convenient installation date will then be agreed, which is usually about eight weeks from receipt of signed plans. Our project manager will keep in touch with you and liaise with your building contractor concerning preparation of the site - monitoring the installation timetable.
Installation - We think that our fitting team is amongst the best and most professional in the business. (Our clients also think the same). When the time comes to install, the careful planning that has gone before means that you will be able to enjoy your new space with the minimum of fuss and delay. We usually aim to complete the installation process in two to three weeks, though a painted finish may take a little longer.
Post-Installation Check - It doesn't quite finish there! After everything has been completed, we would like to return six months later with a member of our team to give the kitchen a post-installation check-up. This ensures that everything is working properly and that any adjustments that need to be made are carried out promptly and efficiently, giving you the peace of mind to relax in the knowledge that your new kitchen will remain your favourite place for many years to come.
