From concept to completion, we will help all the way.

To fully appreciate the quality of our kitchens a visit to our showroom is a must, and with our dedicated sales team at the factory, we can discuss your project in more depth. It is best to make an appointment so that we can allocate the required time to spend explaining the different choices that you have, from traditional woods like Ash, Cherry, Maple, Oak, Walnut, to hand painted designs or stunningly modern high gloss acrylics. Together we can draw up a wish list - it usually starts with cooking, so appliances, worktops, splashbacks and sinks get priority here. We work closely with Gaggenau, Miele, Neff, Siemens and Mercury to give a variety of choices in design and functionality to integrate into your kitchen or utility room. More detailed aspects will also be shown to you: from soft close drawers to "magic" corners that best use the inaccessible recesses in any kitchen. Although not absolutely necessary, it always helps to bring a sketch of your ideas and rough dimensions of the room to be fitted, plus an indication of your intended budget. It is difficult to give an exact figure for what your particular project might cost, every room is individual,

but we would say that you should allow upwards of £15,000 for a small kitchen, £25,000 for a medium sized kitchen and over £35,000 for a large one. Of course costs can vary over a wide range, it all depends on what you want to include.

Following the initial consultation, a designer will visit your home to take detailed measurements and get a feel for the environment from a design perspective. An initial plan will then be produced, along with a quotation to include furniture, appliances, work surfaces, installation and finishing, prior to a meeting where we can present the proposals; together honing the design to create a unique kitchen. We will at all times bear in mind that your personal space needs to be warm and inviting, as well as functional and fun.

Once a design has been agreed, and an initial deposit has been taken, one of our dedicated project managers will visit your home to take final measurements, discuss where you would like your electrical sockets, lighting and any plumbing requirements that there may be. These will then be incorporated into a full set of plans, that having been signed-off by you, will act as

site plans for your building contractor so that he may prepare the room prior to installation. A convenient installation date will also be agreed, which is usually about eight weeks from receipt of signed plans. Our project manager will keep in touch with you and liaise with your building contractor concerning preparation of the site - monitoring the installation timetable.

When the time comes to install, the careful planning that has gone before means that you will be able to enjoy your new space with the minimum of fuss and delay. We usually aim to complete the installation process in two to three weeks, though a painted finish may take a little longer.

It doesn't quite finish there! After everything has been completed, we would like to return six months later with a member of our team to give the kitchen a post-installation check-up. This ensures that everything is working properly and that any adjustments that need to be made are carried out promptly and efficiently, giving you the peace of mind to relax in the knowledge that your new kitchen will remain your favourite place for many years to come.
